DC Workforce Solutions is looking for a driven Family Engagement Coordinator to support a Teen Outreach Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with families and students to facilitate educational opportunities.

Connect families to essential resources like housing, healthcare, and food assistance.

Plan and execute family engagement events that foster community and support.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with families and students.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Familiarity with trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches.

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000/year

Work Environment: Hybrid (in-office 2 days/week)
