Location: Philadelphia, PA  
Salary: $140,000 - $145,000 + 10-20% Bonus

Requirements:  
✔️ 8+ years of HR Generalist experience (PHR/SPHR preferred)  
✔️ Expertise in employee relations, legal compliance, and talent management  
✔️ Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEOC, and employment laws  
✔️ Experience with Union employees

Responsibilities:  
- Provide HR guidance to leadership  
- Manage employee relations and collaborate on talent acquisition  
- Support succession planning and employee retention
