Workforce Development Coordinator
Overview: This full-time, exempt role focuses on supporting the Teen CEO program, which empowers 11th and 12th-grade students facing homelessness or housing instability. Responsibilities include program coordination, student engagement, partnership development, and strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute Teen CEO activities, such as recruitment, curriculum delivery, and internship placements.

Mentor students, ensuring equitable access to resources and monitoring their progress.

Develop partnerships to expand internship opportunities and secure program resources.

Assist in doubling program capacity by 2026 and support alumni networking efforts.

Evaluate program effectiveness and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in youth development, workforce readiness, or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Work Environment:

Hybrid role (in-office twice weekly) with occasional weekend and evening commitments.
